- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order.
- There is no cancellation of orders placed which have been handed over to the delivery service provider.
- No cancellations are entertained for those products that have obtained on special occasions and festivals like Rakhi, Christmas, Diwali or Valentine’s Day etc. These are seasonal and limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
- No cancellations in part or full shall be entertained for those products that have been ordered and availing special promotions, discounts offers, gift certificates and coupons.
Return and Exchange
Karma Koncept stands behind the quality of our products and we will replace the product free of cost, only transport will remain at your charge, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason.
In case your order is damaged in transit or you have received the wrong product you may return them exactly the way in which they were received (unworn, with original packaging).

Returns & Exchanges Form
We are not liable for any returns that we were not notified about first.
Customer should usually inspect and refuse to accept the shipment if they find that the package has been opened or tampered with.
Conditions for replacement:
- Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged / Defective product within maximum 48 hours of delivery or attempted delivery.
- Products/Items should be UNUSED with the tags intact and in saleable condition.
- Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
- It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.
- Any cost towards packaging, insurance or freight towards returning the merchandise to us will be borne by the customer in case of change of mind and borne by Karma Koncept in case of wrong or damange items
- Customer must obtain Returns authorization from our Customer Service Team before the product is sent back and it will be accepted only at designated address provided by the Customer Service agent.
- We will notify the customer once the returned product has be received by us and upon inspection of the package / product our customer service agents will decide further course of action which will be binding on the Customer.

For Credit Card/Debit Card/Netbanking or Paypal Transactions:
As the charge to your credit card / account would have already been done online at the time you made the purchase and authorized the payment we will provide a refund to your account via the CCAvenue Payment Gateway or Paypal if applicable as per the situations given below.
If applicable, refunds would be made for the cost of the goods to the credit /debit card used for online shopping. However, shipping charges would not be refunded except where Karma Koncept has erroneously sent you a wrong item / colour / size.
Refunds shall be processed once the products have been received back at our designated location in unused condition with the tags intact. Usually, it takes 10-15 days for refunds to reflect in your bank account.
For COD (Cash on Delivery) transactions (only for India):
- Refunds can only happen via gift vouchers.
- Cash refunds are not allowed for COD orders since we cannot get deliver cash through couriers.
- The customer can ship the product in case he or she receives a damaged or defective product. Customer can also place a request for a reverse pick up incase reverse pick up service is available through our couriers.
Refunds will be done in the following cases:
- Genuine sizing issues, only for unused garments. Please review our size guides carefully before making your purchase.
- Genuine quality issues.
- Packages lost in transit.
- In case karma Koncept discovers any mispricing in its online catalogue and the price charged to you is higher than the actual price.
- In case karma Koncept discovers that a wrong item has been shipped to you.
- In case the customer is not happy with the purchase and has returned the item/items to the address mentioned above. In such cases the filled return form should be included in the return shipment.
No refunds will be given in the following cases:
- In case of minor design and colour variations. With handloom products there will always be some variation between products.
- Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
- Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.
- After 3 failed delivery attempts by the courier.
- Package refused by recipient.
- Products returned in a used or damaged condition.

Shipping Information - India
For the launch of our eboutique, we offer free national shipping until August 2016.
Your orders are shipped via Blue Dart. Unless there are unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions, regulatory clearances, etc., your order should usually reach you with 3-4 working days for Metros and Major cities in India. Other cities / areas may take a while longer.
Blue dart provides a service of COD, please make your choice when making your payment.
Shipping Information - International
For the launch of our eboutique, we offer free international shipping starting from 100 euro/$113 until August 2016.
Orders shipped via Standard Shipping (Indian Post) are delivered within 10-15 business days according to destination.
Orders shipped via Express Shipping (DHL) are delivered within 4-5 business days according to destination.

Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The large majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees.
To make your shopping experience as seamless as possible, we have arranged with DHL to customs clear your goods for you and deliver them to your doorstep. If you are presented with an invoice from DHL for import duties and taxes, you will have to pay DHL directly at the time of delivery.
In case of Fine jewellery, Local Custom Clearance, Insurance & Freight Charges (CIF Charges) will be borne by Karma Koncept, however VAT, duties and taxes will be applicable as per your country's regulations and are to be borne by the customer.
While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.
Important Shipping Information
Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization. We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours with the exception of Indian public holidays where it may take up to 72 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and start from the date of dispatch.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by natural calamities and unavoidable circumstances.
We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
All orders require a signature and proof of ID upon receipt of order.
Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.
We make our best efforts to deliver each item in your special order of gold within 16 working days of your placing the order, inclusive of processing time. However, in some cases, we may take longer, to ship the order as we may have to produce/procure it. We will keep you update for any delay.

When your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a shipment email informing you about the items that were shipped, the courier used to ship these items, the courier's website address, and a tracking number. Please keep in mind that you are responsible of contacting the transporter in case you are not able to be at your address to receive the parcel for any personal or professional matter.
Blue Dart will make minimum 2 attempts for all undelivered shipments. Blue Dart shall leave a “we missed you” card at consignee premises in case of non delivery shipment or shall send out an alert SMS to the consignee mobile number for all dispatches. Then parcel will return to us after 7 days thus return transport will be billed to you.

If you change your mind after an order is being placed, we will be more than happy to cancel your order but please intimate us within one day of placing the order.
